At Veylune Project, we aim to process and deliver all orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order has been successfully placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Times

After your order has been dispatched, shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Delivery can take up to a maximum of 15 business days after dispatch.

Please note that unexpected delays caused by customs, local couriers, severe weather or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery.

International Fulfilment

Veylune Project works with international fulfilment partners. Orders are currently dispatched directly from our fulfilment facilities in China and delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update as your parcel moves between international and local delivery networks.

Customs & Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties or taxes depending on the destination country.

Where these charges are not collected at checkout, customers may be responsible for charges imposed by their local customs authority.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment with our delivery partner.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs or other information to help resolve the issue.
